1. Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means Scholarship
This is one of the most popular merit-cum-means based scholarships for students of West Bengal that covers your studies from class 11 onwards. Applicable only for minority community students, this scholarship offers financial assistance of up to INR 8000 per month depending on the course or level of study you are pursuing. This scholarship is disbursed to students considering their academic merit and financial need.

2. Bigyani Kanya Medha Britti Scholarship, West Bengal
This scholarship is exclusively meant for girl students who have passed class 12th from any board and are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree programme in Basic Science/Medicine/Engineering at any institute of West Bengal. The objective of this programme is to promote girl’s higher education and conserve their scientific talent. The girl students residing in West Bengal are eligible to apply for this scholarship. The selected students will receive a sum of INR 3000 per month. In addition to this, the scholarship also comprises an annual book grant of INR 2000.
3. Priyamvada Birla Scholarship Scheme
This scholarship only for West Bengal students. Priyamvada Birla Scholarship providing by South point school, Kolkata. Students with more than 60% marks on Higher Secondary (10+2) examination and take admission on any Graduation courses on West Bengal, are eligible for this scholarship. Download the application form and send it to the mentioned address. The application process starts from June to July. The annual family income, not more than ₹75,000/- applying for this scholarship.
4. West Bengal Post-Matric Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC
Functional under the Backward Classes Welfare Department, this scholarship for West Bengal students runs with an objective to provide financial assistance to SC/ST/OBC students studying in post matriculation or post-secondary level to enable them to complete their education. Students of class 11th, 12th, graduation and post graduation are eligible for this scholarship. The amount of scholarship that you can receive under this programme may range from INR 160 to INR 1200.
5. CM Relief Fund Scholarship / Nabanna Scholarship
West Bengal Chief Minister Relief Fund providing the scholarship for economically weaker students. For applying this scholarship candidate must have scored more than 60% marks in the last examination. Annual family income does not exceed ₹60,000/-. The awarded scholarship amount is ₹10,000/-. There is no last date to apply.
West Bengal Pre-Matric Scholarship for SC ST Students
Implemented by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India and run by the Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of West Bengal, this is a centrally sponsored Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme for SC and ST students studying in class 9th and 10th. The scholarship offers variable financial assistance ranging from INR 150 per month to INR 750 per month. Also, the selected scholars get an additional adhoc grant of up to INR 1000 per annum.
WBMDFC Scholarship for Minority Students
This scholarship will be awarded by West Bengal Minorities Development and Finance Corporation (WBMDFC) to the Minority students. Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means Scholarship Scheme for Minorities 2021 available for the students of Higher Secondary, Undergraduate level in Engineering, Medical, Professional Course, Post Graduate Course, M.Phil and Doctoral Course.
OASIS Scholarship for SC, ST, OBC Students
OASIS scholarship provided by the Backward Classes Welfare Department of West Bengal to the SC, ST and OBC candidates for their higher study. Students who are score at least 50%, in the last final exam are eligible for this scholarship. The application is done online from oasis.gov.in website. Application for this scholarship starting from May month.
Kanyashree Scholarship Scheme
West Bengal Government started Kanyashree Prakalpa from Class 8 to Post Graduate girls students in West Bengal. Girls Students from Class 8 to 12th will fall under Kanyashree K1 Scheme and they will receive Rs. 750 per year. Girls Students after 18th year age will receive once Rs. 18,000 under Kanyashree K2 Scheme. The application process for Kanyashree K1 & K2 is offline and you have to apply through your school.

Aikyashree Scholarship Programme
West Bengal Minority Welfare Department Providing Pre Matric, Post Matric, Merit cum Means and Tallent Support Scholarships for the Minority Students in West Bengal. GP Birla Foundation Scholarship Scheme
GP Birla Educational Foundation provides scholarships to the students who are recently passed Higher Secondary examination with at least 80% marks. This scholarship is available for college students. Total of Rs. 50,000 per year will be awarded under this scholarship scheme.
Aalo Scholarship Scheme
Aalo Charity Organisation providing monthly scholarships for West Bengal students. Students, who are currently studying in class XI (Arts, Science & Commerce) can apply online for Alo scholarship. The new application for this Alo scholarship will start in August.
Anant Mert Scholarship
